These Terms of Service govern your use of TabTotal, the hosted Tableau governance service operated by Boreon Industries LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Georgia, United States ("Boreon"). By using TabTotal you agree to these terms.

The service

TabTotal is provided as licensed software-as-a-service. Subject to these terms and your subscription, Boreon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use TabTotal for your internal business purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree to use TabTotal lawfully and only with Tableau environments you are authorised to access. You will not attempt to circumvent the service's security, interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it to process data you have no right to process.

Admin-governed promotion to production

TabTotal includes an administrator-governed workflow for promoting changes to your production Tableau environment. You are responsible for the decisions your administrators make: approving a promotion is an action you take, and you remain responsible for the content and effect of any change you promote to production.

AI features, if you enable them

TabTotal runs on deterministic engines and includes no AI by default. If your organisation enables an AI feature, it does so with its own Anthropic or OpenAI API key, under its own agreement with that provider, and is responsible for the usage charges that provider bills. AI output is a draft for a person to review, not a governed artefact: it may be incomplete or wrong, and you remain responsible for what you approve. No AI writes to your Tableau estate; every change passes through that tool's own approval gate.

When using an assistant you agree not to seek content that our AI Safety and Content Standards prohibit, and not to attempt to circumvent those standards. Our assistants are not a source of medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice, and must not be relied on as one.

No warranty

TabTotal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boreon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of TabTotal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own state or country of residence may also apply; nothing in these terms removes a right you cannot lawfully waive. Where you run the software does not change the law governing this contract.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above; your continued use of TabTotal after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

Termination

You may stop using TabTotal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or where required to protect the service or other customers. On termination, your right to use TabTotal ends.

Administratorgesteuerte Freigabe in die Produktion

TabTotal enthält einen administratorgesteuerten Workflow zur Freigabe von Änderungen in Ihre Tableau-Produktionsumgebung. Sie sind für die Entscheidungen Ihrer Administratoren verantwortlich: Die Genehmigung einer Freigabe ist eine von Ihnen vorgenommene Handlung, und Sie bleiben für den Inhalt und die Wirkung jeder Änderung verantwortlich, die Sie in die Produktion freigeben.

KI-Funktionen, sofern Sie sie aktivieren

Beendigung

Sie können die Nutzung von TabTotal jederzeit einstellen. Wir können den Zugang aussetzen oder beenden, wenn gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen wird oder wo dies zum Schutz des Dienstes oder anderer Kunden erforderlich ist. Mit der Beendigung endet Ihr Recht, TabTotal zu nutzen.
